Hey all

I'm new and I'm the typical workout stop workout stop person. As soon as I get stressed out and want to focus more on work or school I completely let go of whatever routine I've been doing. How do you guys stay motivated?

I like to set a goal. Im a very competetive person so if you set yourself a goal to acheive you will most likely stay commited. Also, time management is very important. allocating time to excercise is just as important as allocating time for work and school.
