What to eat to be healthier

I know that I'm not eating healthy so I'm planning to change that. Any ideas for healthy snacks or meals

1 banana and 1 egg in a blender. Mix and you have health pancake batter :-)

Go ahead with fruits' smoothies if you want something fresh and tasty (be sure to use some peanut butter and milk so that you add proteins [excellent for fat loss]), and nuts (full of omega 3 and proteins). In order to lose body fat you have to augment the ratio of protein intakes and lower carbs (not too much, carbs are your fuel) and definitely cut on junk food.

What Tony said. You can always have a cheat day. One meal isn't making you fat, just like one meal isn't making you healthier.

You can eat fruits suchs as raspberries which have lots of vitamins, or maybe green salad when you want an instant snack. Smoothies are very useful too. You can try mixing different fruits in your smoothies.

Thanks for the ideas  I completely forgot about smoothies.  I will defiantly drink fruit smoothies more And love the cheat day will do that also

Also its easy to cut breads and cheese that helps a lot.
