In order to lose body fat you have to augment the ratio of protein intakes and lower carbs (not too much, carbs are your fuel) and definitely cut on junk food.
What Tony said. You can always have a cheat day. One meal isn't making you fat, just like one meal isn't making you healthier.
You can eat fruits suchs as raspberries which have lots of vitamins, or maybe green salad when you want an instant snack. Smoothies are very useful too. You can try mixing different fruits in your smoothies.
