I would recomend daily crunches and sit ups for sure. Eat lots of protein.

Those love handles you have could be caused by cortisol, the neurotransmitter that is produced when you're under a lot of stress. You can bust it all out with a great diet, but you would need to cut out essentially all carbs and sugars. If you want, you can get a cortisol inhibitor from gnc or something, or you can try 5-htp which is more natural. I take 5-htp every day and it helps with a lot more than just getting rid of the flab lol.
