Whats stopping you from achieving your goals,junk food,other people,stress,love,anger,time??

It's not really junk food it's the fact I don't watch what I eat. And I used to be the healthiest eater. But now that I'm on here I'm switching everything up. What about you?

Ive been ill so Ive not been eating v healthy,just quick stuff,but not junk.If we exercise,its important to eat 5 times a day,shakes are good with fruit,soups and salads to keep energy levels up nuts,I have a big problem with wheat but seem to keep eating it now its coolder

Oh well I hope u feel better. Yeah I love all those things so eating healthy should be easy.
