Why is good stopping you,junk food??how often do you eat it?
Ive been ill so Ive not been eating v healthy,just quick stuff,but not junk.If we exercise,its important to eat 5 times a day,shakes are good with fruit,soups and salads to keep energy levels up nuts,I have a big problem with wheat but seem to keep eating it now its coolder
If you commit to exercise every day you will naturally eat good food x
