Hey y'all.
I want to share something with you guys, and maybe it will motivate/inspire you.
For some of you it may seem nothin', but today was my leg day. So I went to the gym and stung the hell outta my legs.
But then I came home and my homies called me to play soccer. And man, am I sore.
But the passion and motivation for physical activity that i raised over this time took over me, and I said yes. The game's in 2 hours from now. I'm still a little sore, and I know I'm not gonna be 100%, but I fell good doing it.
The point is: You can always do it. If you're passionate about it, and really want it.
So, if I can do it, why can't you?

Nice way to go... tomorrow the pain will araise from hell be prepare... which is a good thong btw... be proud and keep on going
