Eating good and drinking water did a work out feeling better already!!!! How is everyone else doing????
@karen as a skinny 20 year old my goal was to gain weight and I have gone from 65 to 75 kgs with my waistline the same, I can bench a little more than my bodyweight now but improving every time as I only started gym and weight training about 3 weeks ago. I've fought away acne headaches and lack of energy plus I quit smoking/drinking. I did a jog for about 90 minutes straight with sprints in between as a challenge and was happy to complete it. Other than that I did 400 pushups in half an hour a month back, trying to work till failure. My main accomplishment is a healthy lifestyle overall with liking the gut in the mirror more everyday :)
