Hey guys! I am a stubborn newbie :D The only problem is I get up too early for school (around 6 AM) and I cant workout. What would you reccommend me as a late night workout? And also should i workout multiple times at the weekend since i have more time?

Me to I go to school too in the morning and I don't have time to do workout in the morning and i will love to do after school or late night work have some ideas
All honesty you should just sleep earlier and wake up earlier. I work out before I start work at 5 am and I've found it to be the best, it boosts you metabolism and energy through out the day. that one thing has helped me lose 65 lbs and keep it off.
I would recommend a good cardio workout at night and then yoga to calm down for bed
