Late night workout

Hey guys! I am a stubborn newbie :D The only problem is I get up too early for school (around 6 AM) and I cant workout. What would you reccommend me as a late night workout? And also should i workout multiple times at the weekend since i have more time?

Is not recommended to workout late at night, since you're activating your body which may lead to sleeping problems... btdt

You shouldn't workout late at night. Before 5:30pm still can work I think, but not after this time. Since you're a newbie I would say that you can start to workout slowly, don't do too much otherwise you will be bored soon. You can have short goals as working out twice per week and find a time that works for you (weekends for example) and when you feel that you can go further you change those goals. I'm not a professional but that's how I kept being motivated.

Really? I usually workout after 6 pm but after a shower then dinner I sleep like a baby! It helps me to free my mind too.

Actually I often work out after 8 pm and then at 11:30pm I just go to bed and sleep without any problem lol

The best for you may be some HIIT workout like Tabatas. 20-30 minutes of workout 3 times a week and you're done :) X-treme Fat Killer Tabata try this one! And welcome :3

Me to I go to school too in the morning and I don't have time to do workout in the morning and i will love to do after school or late night work have some ideas

All honesty you should just sleep earlier and wake up earlier. I work out before I start work at 5 am and I've found it to be the best, it boosts you metabolism and energy through out the day.  that one thing has helped me lose 65 lbs and keep it off.

I would recommend a good cardio workout at night and then yoga to calm down for bed

Wake up early. Do a 10 minutes workout. Plenty to choose from example Intense Core Cardio - Tabata Style. Do another 30 mins workout after school. Find time and its there. And no excuses.
