Need motivation to keep healthy
Before anything, you must have a "WHY".
Find your why.
Why are you working out?
Why do you exercise?
Why kill yourself exercising/working out?
Why? WHY? WHY?
Once you find it, it will be your driving force for everything. I can motivate you all day but if you don't know WHY you're doing something, it's just a waste of time.
