I've been in a funk for the past few months and put on 15lbs. Got back on the stationary bike today and rode for 41 minutes while watching a cycling video on YouTube on the TV directly in front of the bike. It's really the only way I ever feel motivated to be on the bike, is if I feel like I'm actually riding a bike lol. I know if I keep at it for a few days I'll transition into other exercises, especially my favorite, the kettlebell swing
I hear ya I got in a funk as well and gained about 15 lbs also. It sucks but I will get it gone!!
