Please help me control my sugar craving. All pf a sudden i realize i have eaten a whole bunch of processed, sweet stuff!

I have a hard time with sugar too! My best advice is not to deny yourself. However, before you indulge drink a full glass of water and give yourself a five to ten minute distraction. If afterwards you still want it then go for it but try to limit it to small amounts. Instead of a hershey bar, have a hershey kiss or two. Stop absolutely everything youre doing while you enjoy. Close your eyes if you have to! Just be sure you really focus on the flavor and texture and eat very slowly. If I do this, I feel...

Just gotta get your mind right (; eat  healthy foods that will keep you full for a long time

Try Nature Valley (crunchy) oats n dark chocolate bars. They are really good and a healthy fulfilling snack.
