im new, im skinny i dont want to loose wait i want to have the body i used to have, my booty is gone :( i really want to have a nice body like i used to , im way skinny now ... if i excersise can that help my body but what can i do soi dont loose weight? ?

Work out your legs and glute instead, cause they don't get you any skinnier, just rounder and toned. I'm skinny as well, due to work and stress. So I opt on just choosing booty workouts. Yep, that should do.check this link out, one of my favorites: Nice Buns Hun

Eat lol seriously though healthy clean eating will help you put on lean mass :)
