I want a challenege. I find that if I dont motivate my self somehow I wont be as dedicated to doing it daily. Sadly ive lost my work out mojo.. Someone or everyone ! Challenge me ! And keep on me ! I am not a quiter. Just lacking motivation!

You decide . I have Bowlfex dumbell rack to 52.5 lbs. An ab wheel pull up bar, bench, parachute, ab straps, all types of gear a lot I dont wanna write it all. But anything you think would challenge you and youd like to do! :)

What is your goal? Strength? Lower body fat? Gain mass?

To loose body fat I am currently at 12% I wanna drop back to 8%
