So i'm 16 and my body is looking huge, Is my first day and I couldn't do not even 13min. I did like...8min, any advice?Short and Sweet

It takes time. Your body isn't used to it yet. Don't push to hard or you'll risk pulling a muscle. Jut take it one day at a time.

Hey Maria, try sticking to workouts that are moderate level and 10 to 12 minutes max. Try this foryour first 2 to 3 weeks. Then increase after that,but keep to moderate level..

Practice makes perfect. Its just like riding a bike. The more you do it the easier it gets, the more confident you become and the further you go. Pretty soon you're riding without hands. Stick with the workouts, push yourself as hard as you can and take a break if you need it, regardless if it's time for one or not. IT GETS BETTER.

Practice practice practice. That's it. Perfection will come with time. Unfortunately we can't have everything instant.

Keep at it and keep going strong results will start to show pretty soon choose low intensive workouts till you get the hang of it good healthy food / clean eating is the way to go :D cheers.
And super congratulations on the 8 mins you did! try Cardio and hiit workouts here :)

It all comes down to willpower. Once you reach your limit you have to push yourself harder.  There is no other way.
