Bad hips and knees

I've been doing Abdominal Foundation III for a while now and one of the workouts has a lot of bicycle crunches in it and everytime I straightened my leg my knee pops and everytime I lower my leg my hip pops. It doesn't really hurt but after a while it becomes a little tender. Any advice?

I had to go through physical tharepy for my knees after an acl surgery. The best trick if found is to do all workouts in slow motion,it engages the muscles for a longer amount of time which is great for tone, and it eases up on the joints. That control will help prevent further injuries and help to strengthen any weak joints with concentration of muscle mass.

Dont worry,you have prob pulled your muscles so go low impact for a while,this happen to me when i did alot of leg exercises
