Bad hips and knees
I've been doing Abdominal Foundation III for a while now and one of the workouts has a lot of bicycle crunches in it and everytime I straightened my leg my knee pops and everytime I lower my leg my hip pops. It doesn't really hurt but after a while it becomes a little tender. Any advice?
Dont worry,you have prob pulled your muscles so go low impact for a while,this happen to me when i did alot of leg exercises
