Cross country preparation

Hey does anyone know any exercises/warm ups I could possibly do before a cross country race? Thanks in advance

Stretching, skipping high knees out, skipping high knees up. Those knees being raised even a inch Moe will add a couple of inches to your stride as long as your not lifting to high.

I would think running and lunges maybe??
