Im 11 and i started football 2 years ago and i need some workouts to gain more muscle than fat
Just eat healthy and do basic workouts. You're only 11
Don't do weight training at your age, your bones and stuff is still developing go for them when you're at least 16. Do bodyweight exercises for now pushups/pullups sprints stamina building Cardio etc
I absolutely agree with the other comments. Too young to be worrying about muscles. You couldn't gain much anyway at your age. Stay fit and eat well and in 3 or 4 yrs you will be in a good place to gain mass
I guess so but the problem is that my entire family are workout freaks and i take from that like i freak out if something is done wrong or if i dont give it 110% i just lose it .
