After this thanksgiving break soccer season starts. What workouts can I do to improve my physical condition so I can get in the team?
Im no expert on Football using its real name! (Well I am English haha)
But we have a few players in my gym and there always doing twisting exercises and leg work like leg press, curls, stand ups and lots of lunges.
There is posher gym next door and often see odd Manchester United players there amongst other Brit celebs but Im more into Rugby which is...oh we won't go there! Hope it helps!
