I plan on doing exercises this evening. However, when I wake up I usually do some exercises and I haven't today! I'm afraid I'm going to push it off and not do it at all today... :/

I know exactly how you feel. I don't have a set schedule right now and I have a herniated disc in my lower back so working out is hard for me in general. You just have to tell yourself to push forward. :)

Let's see if you are mentally strong enough to go through the workouts you planned for today this way it will be a workout of your will power too. Just start doing the exercises and as soon as you will get into it I promise you'll feel great and happy about yourself. Try doing a max rep pushups or a max hold on plank and post here let's see how strong are ya :) a healthy challenge ;)

50 Sec Plank hold

Done with the workouts? Try raising one leg for a second after you get to 50 hold it in air for a count and then alternate leg and keep going till you cry lol jk :p
