I'm going to start a diet of 1,600cals a day anyone else want to join?

1200 cal/day typically is not enough for active people. You may even gain weight and become frustrated/disappointed.

Sounds good. I just don't know where to start. I don't count calories at all, I need a good list of what not eat

Well a good start if to cut off sugary things (I know this is hard) and try to stay away from things that are man made (chips and stiff like that) but 1,200 may seem really small but if u eat lots of fruits and veggies ull be just fine :)

I'm going to follow this, I've been using s health to try and stick to 1200kcal, it's getting easier!

It's a brilliant app, although I tried to uninstall it as had a problem with it and now I can't reinstall it!! Miss it loads, I feel a bit lost without it!

Consider avoiding white products, flour products, salt, sugars. Should go along way toward healthier.
