How often do you exercise a week???

One of the things gs I find most convenient is the short workouts. As a mother, I am able to spare 10 minutes here, 20 minutes there. I've been able to work out nearly every day with this application. I'm already noticing results in just one week.

5-6 days a week.  Sometimes twice a day

I was just thinking of doing it four times a week, but now that im not so sore im thinking about doing more than that.

I started out slow and worked my way up to it. Dont push yourself. Listen to your body. Also make sure you eat healthy and drink alot of water. We are all here for you.

I eat very clean. No processed foods. Very rarly do I eat anything in the junk food catagory. Actually now it taste nasty to me. I dont drink any carbonated drinks i eat more veggies than anything. I do not eat bread or potatoes. I reasearch alot of healthy habits online. I do not think of it as a diet. This is a healthy life chance.
