I workout because it helps me to feel good knowing Im taking care of myself.I have a passion for running.My goals im working toward are Qualifying for Boston, running a 50 miler and 100 miler this next year.

Wow. That's too high for me. I love to run to feel good and to decrease. But some damage of my body doesn't allow me to overdo. .. Good luck, Terry!!!

I would like to start crossfit soon. I love weight training but it can be monotonous doing the same machines at the gym. I want to be challenged. Pushed to my limit. I don't know what my limit is yet.
