Would anyone be interested in being my workout buddy? I just really need to be motivated in changing my life style, we could do the same workouts on the same days and txt each other when done. We can also keep track of weight . Anyone? Please

Well I can help if you want. I usually train four  days à week, doesn't matter what days to me, i prefer thé intense workouts since i started working out end of ferbruary :-) .  My advice, you can't go wrong on a plank ;-)
