Basically my body is becoming used to working out with basic equipment, and I figured I should buy some more stuff 😊 I'll get some resistance bands, and I've been looking into workout benches, but I don't know what to choose! I'd like a bench with incline features, maybe some weights too, however I'm short on space and I'm working out upstairs! (No basement and no room downstairs)
So are there any recommendations for a first workout bench, maybe just a basic bench? Would a bench with weights be okay upstairs? What do you people think, and thanks 😺
