Hey everyone. 3rd week update
I am really proud of myself for how much I've been working out. I have slipped up on my diet a couple times though
I missed my workouts yesterday.. But that's OK.. I'll just go at it harder today
How is everyone else?

I've been having a hard time working out in the mornings. Which is good to do to lose weight is workout on an empty stomach but its hard!!

I missed working out yesterday too, stuck in a car most of the day and didn't even do my stretching. :(

I am travelling so just doing bodyweight training at the moment but will get in the game next week :D a slip every now and then is fine if you get back to your routine after. :D proud of you keep going strong girl!
