You can buy a heat rum which really helps. After you excersize warm down to prevent it

Well. Lots of water. And rest would do. If you strain your muscles from workingout it needs time to heal

Heat rubs(as said above) potassium rich foods.. Muscle relaxer

Bananas and Avocado are great sources of potassium, which helps relieve cramping and sore muscles.

Post workout stretches and whey shake within the hour helps greatly. Hit my legs twice a week now and barely get sore anymore after the next day. Compression clothing can also help and massages if you're into that. Good 8-10 hours sleep works too.

I use legwarmers especially after running to keep my calves warm, they get extremely tense and stiff otherwise. Keeping warm after exercise is my best advice!
