I notice that a lot of people are not sure of where to start or what the right routine is for them, myself included. The problem is that a lot of people are waiting for someone to give them the answers. No one truly knows your body but yourself.
Don't wait for someone to tell you what's best. Start working out and find out for yourself. Do light exercises to get used to working out and to find out what best suits your needs. Asking questions is fine but ultimately it's your actions that will change your body.
I'm just starting myself and I'm definitely not a professional but I'm trying out exercises here to see what works without going over my limits. Don't be the person with 10 posts and 0 workouts completed. We can do this together. Let's go.
