Hi Aj...im here to tone down and also improve some useful muscle strength...nothing extraordinary..but need to keep the wheels spinning..tend to lose the push after the initial flurry..would really lik to hav someone to keep me motivated...
Aj..the most de-motivating part is i take hell lot of time to see any result even wit a punishing schedule of workout...and if i slack for even few weeks i put on very fast..really frustrating!!
