Weightloss and increase endurance. *Diet Diet Diet. Stay on ur Diet. Low carbs low fat HIGH protein. Need to feed your muscles cause ull be pumpin the schnitzel out of it. *Do Cardio more Cardio. Hi Aj .. Welcome...I'm here to lose weight but mainly weightlifting...also do kickboxing...

I'm training for Tough Mudder 2015, A charity bike ride and kickboxing tournament also next year...

Hi babyboy. I'm here to lose weight and tone everything down. I was overweight before now I'm normal but I wanna look leaner and lose the belly and tone my body. I do my Cardio. Gluts abdominal workouts. To shape up u know ;) hows kickboxing? I think u wanna try that in the future too

Cardio in kickboxing is immense but I think thats cause there a trainer pushing you...no comfort zone to fall into...have a look in my created workouts for kickboxing warm up routine..also every night of week challenge just something to make routine...good luck with your goals girl :-)

Hi Aj...im here to tone down and also improve some useful muscle strength...nothing extraordinary..but need to keep the wheels spinning..tend to lose the push after the initial flurry..would really lik to hav someone to keep me motivated...

Thanks doll...been hitting mostly core and lower body exercises wit the occasional whole body workout over here..apart from that i do try to jog atleast 3 times a week for maybe around 2kms...and also some intense swimming for 30mins per week if i get the time..

Aj..the most de-motivating part is i take hell lot of time to see any result even wit a punishing schedule of workout...and if i slack for even few weeks i put on very fast..really frustrating!!

Probably it's in your diet. Besides the fact that you've been working out. Diet really is important. What have u been eating?

Well I created a workout that I've been doing aswell. No equipments. Minimal space needed. can be done in the comfort of your home. Or room. Not time consuming. U can squeeze it anytime everyday. I'll post it. Wait :)
