Hi... Melissa here from NSW Australia.
Just about to start but I'm very indecisive on what program.
Have so many areas of my body that I want to focus on.
Any suggestions for a total body workout?

Depends on your current fitness level and what eauipment you have access to?

Current fitness level is terrible. I have 5kg dumbells and that's it.

Go to the Program section and take a look at the Art of Exercise: (1,2,3). The workouts are casual, moderate and intense respectively. And those in particular are free. A basic intro to a wide range of exercises. Welcome to Skimble and hope to see you around :)

You'd be surprised what you can do with your 5kg dumbells. Look me up. Check out the Dumbell Burnout workout I made. There are other great dumbell workouts on this app also. Should get you by till you figu re out the next step in your fitness journey.

Welcome Melissa. Down in sunny (Well it is at the moemnt at least) Melbourne, Victoria here.

As Anthony said, it can depend on your goals, what equipment you have access to, etc. Mike's suggestion is a good one to start with though.

I made a whole body one it's long but basic and I still use it now

I'm also new......actually just did a quick 5 min workout. I think as long as you switch it up & are consistent, you'll do just fine.

I need motivation, so hopefully we can feed off one another on tips. I think this is going to be a very addictive app, which is a HUGE plus!!!!

I've been walking about 5 out of the last 7 days. Pushing myself up to 2 hours, 12kms at the most.
I'm just about ready to introduce this also.
But I'd love to try running again, tried the couch to 5kms about 6mths ago and hurt my knee. Think I pushed myself too quick.
Knee is fine now but would like to strengthen myself to tackle it again.
37 and time to get my act together to have a fit future for my family and myself.
