Time for a change

About 2 years ago I decided to change some bad habits, including drugs, to better my future. While doing so, I gained about 35 lbs. About 3 months ago I was at my highest. Weighing 155 lbs. It's time for a change again. I'm 5'2", so my goal weight is 115. The problem is I have the hardest time motivating myself and staying motivated. Hopefully the encouragement from the app helps and I can reach my goal weight!

thats quite a goal you've set there, you're really quite gorgeous, you dont need to lose weight, but if it'll make you feel better then you go for it ^^

It's awesome that you are choosing to get healthy I am on a journey myself currently I've lost 75 pounds so far we should connect
