I am in my 4th week of working out I believe. I am still the same weight. My inches around my waist has went from 35in to 31in. It seems like I've been stuck at 31 for a few days though. But it looks like I have toned abs Coming in.. u can sorta see it in my newest pic. I am feeling great. Doing 4 different programs right now.. 2 for abs. 1 for weight loss and one of yoga.
How are all my workout buddies coming along?
Still working out but my diet is a little shaked up atm as I am travelling. Still got a lot of complements from friends and stuff so it's going pretty good :D congratulations on the progress 4 inches is great I am at 30-32 at the moment.
That's awesome Karen. Difference in the fit of clothes is the best indication early on. Diet is very crucial right now.
Four inches in four weeks is AWESOME!
I've done 13 exercises since Monday last week and some yoga sessions as well. I started the Art of Exercise Freebie program but ditched it since the workouts were too easy. I'm doing the Lose it. Tone it! program now.
I haven't taken any measurements because I don't want to trigger unhealthy obsessing about food and weight again. Perhaps I should try on a pair of jeans once a week instead.
It feels like my abs are stronger already. Looking forward to getting dumbbells this weekend and being able to do some weight training too, I've missed it. My plan is 45 minute workouts three times a week and yoga + walking or running on resting days and weekends. I've got about an hour to spare in the morning so there are no excuses.
