I usually do more body weight workouts like push ups and pull ups but I broke my right foot about 2weeks ago on the job. And it kills being on it. So I started looking for weight lifting workouts but couldn't find any. I started my own little routine everyday for the past week but today found myself bored halfway through and not nearly as tired as the first few days when I was done. so I did a Pull up workout I found,twice. Still want to keep going..
My question... where are the weight lifting workouts on here?
