Well I just turned thirty.... Getting up there. I have been wanting to get into shape for years, but I never stuck to it. I was fat thru my twenties and I am determined not to be fat in my thirties and so on lol. I lack motivation sometimes and always give up so any encouragement will help.. BTW I'm 320 pounds and 5'6" so I have a long way to go ugh

It's never to late to start! Just stay determined and don't give up. It will take time!

Happy belated birthday! Since you're just beginning I'd suggest exercises with casual difficulty to get you used to the motions and routines. Set small goals so they're easy to accomplish and keep you motivated. There are plenty of us around to help and cheer you on as well. My 40th birthday isn't far off but I don't even consider age as an obstacle to working out so you shouldn't either :)
