Whenever I start working out I stop after 3 days because I don't feel motivated, I don't know what to do. Please help!

Everyone has their particular reason/s for working out. Remember what yours are. Make a list if you have to and put it where you'll have to see it. Like everything else, once you've done it enough it will become a habit. Only this will be a good one! You can do it!
