GYMHORSE GETS SWEET - Youre LIMITS !

Ola comunity, i trained 8months without pausing (membership in gym around 4years ^^) in the gym with the Standard exercises like Squats, Deadlines, Pullups, benchpress,shoulderpress and a lot lot lot with dumbbells.
Well i cant believe how Hard it is to plank xD or all these stomach exercises i feel like a weak little Boy
But now i want to ask u all, how to loose the damed fat from my hips and glutis ( i wont do this low carb dont even try to explain i knew it i feel broke and f... as hell by Doing it, by the way im bricklayer ) so any good exercises without nothing just bodyweight to look like the bodybuilder X-form,

-Squat 100kg-4

-Deadlift 110kg-3

-Shoulderpress 60kg-3
