Well start with this workout
Cardio, Abdomen, Glutes do it 3-5 times a week. That would take care of the sweating part.
Then do this DIET :
* 2 glass of water after waking up. Tall glass of water before and after meals.
* Low fat. Low carbs. Low sugar. High protein. High fiber.
* Spicy foods and green tea spikes up metabolism.
* I do detox/laxative Tea aswell as often as I feel I need.
* eggs are low in calories high in protein. Eat it!
* I eat nicely for breakfast, then eat like a lady for lunch.
I don't do dinner anymore.
Sometimes I just grab a snack like biscuit or apple. More water to stay full.
