Kettle Bell routines?

Does anyone have experience using one and are there any good routines on here with them? Thane everyone!!!

I do Kettlebell work regularly (as do many others), and it's very effective.  The benefits include: using multiple muscle groups at the same time and mixing strength & cardio.  There are many options on Skimble, but here are a few I recommend:  Kettlebell StabilizerKinetic️Kettlebell Kettlebell Workout Climb (JC)Surf Burp And Clean Max Burn (JC)

I do single kettlebell routines a lot.  I created a few on my profile Michael...there's a lot of good moves for total body Workouts. Just make sure you research the form online or watch the exercise video on here first if you're unfamiliar with the swinging movements.  But KB routines are amazing for building strength and conditioning simultaneously!

Would like to start kettle bell but they're expensive! Need heavier dumbbells! Maybe Santa will be good. Between yoga walking Pilate's cardio and this site hopefully I'm in good shape!!!
