I do single kettlebell routines a lot. I created a few on my profile Michael...there's a lot of good moves for total body Workouts. Just make sure you research the form online or watch the exercise video on here first if you're unfamiliar with the swinging movements. But KB routines are amazing for building strength and conditioning simultaneously!
