so when i workout my arms, im not getting the same workout with my right as with my left. FOr example, when i do pushups, my right arm is the one doing most of the pushing. My left arm just isnt all that active, and i dont know how to get it more active. I workout at home and have no equipment, and i dont know how to solve this. Help??
Lean a bit more on the left side. Don't do this too much or u'll get uneven chest muscles like me. Also try to strengthen left tricep so it's better at pushups, ur right tricep is probably stronger than ur left. I dont have weights and this happened to me
One arm dumbell presses. If you're just starting, train your left and right side separately, so there's no compensation and favoring of one side. The body needs to be conditioned to recruit the proper muscles for the task
