This is my first post. I want to start working out again regular but don't have the proper motivation. Could use some positive vibes and healthy tips for losing weight. Thanks!

I found the best is to right down goals and do them. When you feel you want to be a couch potato pull out your goals. No one likes to workout but I feel guilty about not acheiving my goals and feeling worse.
