My fat burning workout is about 10 mins longer than the ab workout. But I think that works best.. Not sure. Any suggestions?

I did your fat burning workout earlier. I liked it, especially what you have at the end as a cool down. I hate mountain climbers, but still pushed thru since each set was only 1 min.
My son was laughing at me bc i was out of breath & sweatin my butt off, so I just looked at him & said, "Shut up!!! It's been 3 freakin months!!!" Lol! I do better working out when I 1st wake up.....
I didn't know you had more than one, so I'll do the other tomorrow.....oh Gawd, along with Day 1 of the 30 day HIIT challenge.
