Is it just me who gets slightly frustrated when people say " I don't have time to exercise". For me that doesn't work as an excuse. I've started doing exercises while I'm going about my daily routine, for example, when making a cup of tea I do press ups while the kettle is boiling, while waiting for a programme to come on I'll do planks during the commercials. Does anyone else do anything similar? If not I think it's a great way to improve your fitness, little steps.
