Do you workout when your depressed?
My girlfriend dumped me yesterday but that aint stopping me from working out even better the workout helps me relieve stress... Any of you agree?
when my chronic depression isnt at it's peak...and im just upset about something...I go even harder.

Depends on what I'm depressed about. Most of the time I would work out.
