Idk about you guys but I've definitely fell off with thanksgiving and finals coming up and haven't been working out as I should nor eating very well. So starting tomorrow I really want to get back on track. I'll be posting a few things everyday that I did that helped me get closer to a healthier me! Please join me that way we can all motivate each other and in a way be held accountable which is something I need! Let me know what you think(:
