Completely new to working out. I've decided I'm tired of the state of my health and I'm prepared to get fit. I guess I'm just looking for any wisdom of tips as I start my mission. Thanks.

I just finished a program, you'll love this application. Just follow people, I believe the objective of this application is to encourage one another to complete workouts, by working out. I started following people, and as I would get the notifications that they worked out; I started to want to complete a workout myself! Just do it, like Nike says, you will feel good about yourself. I already feel stronger.
