I turn 40 this year and last week I set a goal for myself to lose 40 lbs by my birthday in April. I'm putting it out there to make myself accountable.
My goal is similar...130 by 30. I'm 150lbs now, and I turn 30 in about 6 months.
It's possible but it will be a little tough. Focus on eating clean. Workout hit your whole body twice a week. And hiit twice a week. Rest the other 3. Hope you get it. It's all about willpower.
