Staying on track
I started working on my core last year, and not I end a BIG difference in how much less my back hurt. I lost my motivation, however, b/c my daughter would make fun of me while I was taking classes at the local rec center. It's not much fun working out w/ someone when they are criticizing every wrong thing you do, especially when she is the one always complaining about her weight and not wanting to do anything about it :-( Needless to say, I am having trouble getting back on track either b/c it's late when I get home or I'm just too exhausted to do anything.
Jennifer I'll tell you what I tell myself. No excuses.
