Recommended amount of sleep?

I usually only get about 3-4 hours of sleep a night is that enough or too little?

Sleep is important. I'll add this link to read. http://www.womenshealthmag.com/weight-loss/sleep-weight-loss. Also the fitter you are the less sleep your body requires and what sleep you do get gives better results

Way too little if you ask me. You should correct this habit ASAP. But I am no expert. Instead, how about listening to those who know what they're talking about. If you are really interested check this youtube link below. It did answer many of my own questions. I hope it'll help you too. Cheers.

7 to 9. I think 9's the new one because we go through 1 1/2 hour sleep cycles. For sure as long as you feel rested. But if you try a new sleep pattern it takes some time to get use to it.

If you're trying to build muscle or just work on defining muscle you need 7 - 9 hours of sleep. If you don't workout intense and do not have a stressful job It is recommended you get at least 6 hours. 3 - 4 hours is way too little.  That's what crackheads get.... just saying. Anyways if you have trouble sleeping I would suggest melatonin pills. They are really cheap and it is a chemical your body produces naturally.
