So I'm new! I have a 9mth old and well my body shows it..just trying to loose my baby weight and tone and tighten the rest!! I'm lacking in the motivation department and also I have no workout equipment or any knowledge about working out so honestly I don't even know where to get started!! Help!!

Hi welcome. You can start doing casual workouts, to get you started, you'll get the hang on it in no time. Most workout don't requere any equipament. Just do it, and best of luck.

Hey, so cool your wanting to even begin getting fit. It's pretty awesome! Anyways start off with a few of the less intense workouts, your body will thank you for it. Warm up and strech before beginning your workouts, break a sweat doing this since your muscles are not use to working as hard as their about to. Good luck, there are helpful people on here at all times!
