Cardio in Between Strength training

Hello skimblers
How are you all ??
I want to ask that I am doing strength training And wants to gain Mass , Can you tell me Should I do cardio workouts ,just like Running , rope jumping ,kick boxing cardio workouts or anything with Or any other training which should include with my workouts

You need to keep in great cardiovascular shape anyway, Nits. But being that the goal you have set for yourself is maximum mass gains, there is a balance you have to strike... Too much cardio can be counterproductive. Focus on heavy lifting and getting the right pump out of every rep. Save the cardio for those few days in the week where It must be done... Your recovery day maybe... Excessive cardio can deplete some of the muscle you're working hard to build, but it's still something you've got to do. Finding the right middle ground is important.

Thanks Mario But i have silly question that ,Can I assume cardio when i do leg workouts
or cardio is different thing
