I don't know what you eat, so just a general suggestion: don't diet, but try to avoid rubbish ("food"). Just don't eat rubbish. If you just starting out, it's probably too difficult to do right everything at once, it's better to take it one step at a time, even if that means one rubbish item out of your plate a day. Start small and build yourself up.
Hey avani don't be like that just include some cheat foods in your diet the ones you really crave other than that just focus on eating healthy and around your calorie window, diet is kinda very important for weight loss but if you really want to eat more than include more hiit workouts in your routine just burn more calories than you take in and ye shall be fine :p don't give up imagine what all the haters be like when you'll make it to being a professional dancer! Go avani go! You can do this.
