I have been doing an 8 week run/walk program that has been great doing. I am in week 7 of this program. What it is, you run for a certain amount of time then walk for a certain amount of time for 30 mins. This is done on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Tuesday and Thursday walk for 30 mins. Sundays are rest days or light excercise. If you want to make it more intense, do 100 situps and 50 pushups right afterwards on walk/run days only. But you can do situps everyday if u want to. Some people say you're not supposed to do situps everyday but it has never hurt me, but just be safe, you know your body. Ok its time for whoever wants to do this to start when ready. I'm available if you need assistance with any fitness setbacks or questions. Lets go. Oh by the way drink plenty of water and eat healthy. Ive lost 15 lbs in my 7 weeks of doing this. I was at 207 lbs. I'm 5'10" and now I weigh 192 lbs. just by doing this program and situps. My ultimate goal is to compete in a triathlon event in 2016. I have a long ways to go but I'm still pushing forward and hard. Now who's in?
